Neoluthy makes 3D-printed violins in Bogotá, Colombia. This page explains exactly what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it specific rather than generic — everything below describes something we actually do.
Neoluthy, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is the data controller. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights described below, write to [email protected].
We collect the name, email address and message you type in. We use these solely to reply to you and, if your message is about a possible order or collaboration, to keep track of that conversation.
We collect your email address, and your name if you give it. We use it only to send occasional updates about Neoluthy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
We record anonymous, aggregated statistics — pages viewed, approximate country, type of device. This uses Umami, which we host ourselves. It does not set advertising cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. These are all of them:
Brevo — delivers our contact-form messages and newsletter emails. Stores your email address.
Twenty CRM — where we record enquiries about orders or collaborations, so a conversation is not lost. Self-hosted on our own server.
Cloudflare — routes traffic to our site and protects it from attacks. Processes connection data such as IP addresses.
Our own server — the website and CRM run on hardware we own and administer directly, not on a third-party cloud.
We do not sell your personal data. Not to anyone, under any circumstances.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no ad networks on this site.
We do not share your data with anyone beyond the processors listed above.
